In the BelAmi democracy, everyone gets to take a turn at being fitness trainer in the morning. Ironically today, it is Helmut who has been chosen to lead the boys for their warm up session.... Of course end up a little less seriously than normal. After the warm up the guys are hungry and decide to go to town to stock up on a few essentials. To put their journey into context, it is a 2 mile walk to the nearest shop, so they definitely deserve a bit of a break by the time they get home.
