He reveals himself as the prince of demons, hungry for energy. Dark Zodiac targets Supergirl, who is caught off guard by his powers. Earlier that day, Kara Danvers, Supergirl's human persona, discovers reports of assaults on attractive women in National City. She realizes that all occurred on Otto Street and decides to investigate as Supergirl. Supergirl hears someone following her and confronts Dark Zodiac. He reveals his identity and his plan to conquer the city with his demon army. A fight ensues, and Dark Zodiac drains Supergirl's energy through her pleasure zones, leaving her weakened.
