Two total goofballs wake up in the same hospital room and start sharing their ridiculous misfortunes. Pipetón confesses that he’s never had a girlfriend or even had his first kiss, so Elbertón promises to help turn his luck around. To make it happen, he convinces sexy nurse Paola Rubiel to give Pipetón his first kiss.
