Scott has 19 year old pretty boi Trey tied to a rack and subjects him to a prolonged teasing and edging. He torments the young man with slow, inconsistent, ever changing strokes, keeping him aroused and frustrated, enjoying the power he has over this young cutie's arousal. Then he picks up the pace, denying him permission when he asks the first time, then allowing him to shoot an intense load, panting, gasping and red faced with relief as his young cream sprays the room. But his pleasure is short lived as Scott punishes him with a milking of his sensitive, spent cock because he took too long to shoot after getting permission, causing him to writhe and beg for him to stop.
