I was hoping that moving to this city would be something, but it turns out everything here has something to say about the way I dress. Sure, some might think I look kinda butch, but that’s the way I was raised. Thankfully, Danny, my loving step-uncle, has my back. He’s so sweet. He even gave me his lucky hat to help me get through my school days. His gesture gave me the confidence to stand up for myself and fight back against my bullies. I don’t really know how to thank him.
