We surprised Franciska while she was doing her daily training. She was busy sweating on the elliptic trainer. It is a tough machine, and we did not want her to strain herself. So we convinced her that maybe, as a relaxation, she should try to do 'something' else. Something to cool her own body instead. That's when a bottle of cool water and some stripping do their magic.
