Sexsona 4 is the start of an epic journey for Yuna and Mikimi that will take them to lots of fun and unique sex situations. This episode also introduces us to someone from Yuna's past... who may or may not be related to a certain "Karen" from a previous episode. This episode introduces the main "plot" of the show and takes its first big step toward really moving the story forward.
