Nurse Cosima is new to the floor and is a little nervous for her first day. She comes into your room and introduces herself then begins checking your vitals. She then starts to pull the sheet down exposing your cock. She tells you that since it's her first week she thought she'd do something a little different.. something fun for her. Especially since you can't tell anyone anyway. But she's not sure she'll let you cum today.. Maybe tomorrow...Or the day after...
