Sakira decided to star in this movie in order to buy her boyfriend a birthday present. She blushed as she showed off her powerful bowel movements and urination in front of others. Her poop smells like a pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice! says the maniacal actor, who humiliates her. A camera is set up inside the toilet bowl for a powerful defecation scene. In her first enema, she endures to the limit until it spurts out all over the tatami mats! We recorded all of her excrement over a total of 3 days of filming.
