You're showing Louisa Lu around a new apartment. She's really happy with it but she wats to have a look upstairs... When she's going up the stairs you can't help but look up her skirt because it's super short... She catches you perving on her as she's walking up the stairs and makes you an offer that you can't refuse... If she lets you WANK over her, you have to give her a better deal on the rent for the property...  Good deal.
