In this fantasy update, Dylan goes in for a check up and finds herself at the hands of a dirty pervert. She has a small cough, yet the doctor takes it a little too far and before she knows it, she is on her knees with his cock balls deep in her mouth. The day continues with lots of bondage and extreme squirting orgasms.
