UltraVixen has gotten herself into a real tangle this time. She's bound with her elbows tightly together. She can't do much with her legs since her knees are so tightly tied too. Her disapproving mmmph's are muted by the ball gag in her mouth as she struggles on the rug. There's just no way to loosen the rope!
