Yris feels ill, so she calls her Tgirl friend Mandy, who comes over to check on her. Concerned, Mandy calls Dr. Felix Feelgood. When he arrives, he takes her anal temperature and examines her tiny natural breasts, making her big cock rock-hard. A dedicated professional, he prescribes a hot three-way and a cream pie.
