The job market is kind of tough right now."</p> <p>Carlton is always smiling. No matter what he says, it's with a smile.</p> <p>"So are you gay or straight?"</p> <p>"Gay," he replied. "Definitely gay." No hesitation at all. I like that.</p> <p>"Are you a top or bottom?"</p> <p>"It depends on the guy, definitely," he replied.</p> <p>"I noticed that all of your hair is blond.
