Poor Jimmy Dix has had abdominal pains for days now and it's not going away. Good thing for him, he's got Lisa Canon as his BBW doctor, although she might be a bit too hot and a bit too big for Jimmy, he still can't control his giant boner. Lisa can't continue his exam until that cock gets soft, so to speed things up, Dr. Canon gives Jimmy a special examination and lends him a "helping hand".
