Our perpetual damsel, Rachel Adams, finds herself nude and in an extreme “spread on a bed” tie with her arms tied overhead to the headboard. Her legs are spread to each corner of the bed with her feet duct taped up (as if to be untaped would help with an escape). Tape is put over her breasts as well as a mouth-packed gag. She is a bit modest, however, and has a piece of tape over her pussy. In the end she unwraps her foot bindings, removes her gag, and asks if you'd like to tape her up sometime like this?  I'M IN!
