New Best Bi employees, Kay and Cesar, go to the house of their manager, Sergeant, for their performance review. Despite high marks from feedback for technical skills, the team has received less than glowing reviews for their customer satisfaction. Sergeant reminds them that they must never leave any of their customer's needs unsatisfied. He means absolutely any, and provides them with a hands on coaching session on how to keep the customer cumming back for more.
